In this case, that is 114 Proof (57% ABV), which is where you’ll always find Weller Full Proof. Full Proof, on the other hand, means that the whiskey is diluted back to the proof at which it entered the barrel in the beginning. Barrel Proof (or barrel strength, or cask strength) means the bourbon is bottled at whichever proof it is when it leaves the barrel. It’s important to note that “full proof” does not mean the same thing as “barrel proof”.
